Shrink-wrap packaging protects the shrink package product, and is used for making multi-packs such as those commonly found in Walmart, Target, Food Market Chains, Office Depot, Sam's Club, Costco, Office Max, and other companies. Shrink-wrap increases the shelf appeal of a product, and also facilities a secure way to transport multiple units. PATH Industries performs the shrink-wrapping process by hand counting then arranging the desired quantities of the product together in a uniformed fashion. Then a closed plastic bag is formed around the product when it is subjected to heat within a heat tunnel. The plastic film literally shrinks tightly around the packaged products. A wide variety of items can be shrink-wrapped and ready for quick distribution by your company. The Process
After you contact us, our staff will schedule a meeting with a representative from your company. Details of the job and sample can then be brought to our facility for a time study to be completed. All jobs are “task analyzed” in order to develop the most cost effective method of completing the job. Bid prices per piece or per contract are then offered.
Once a contract is negotiated, work is processed to meet your production deadlines. Completed work can be shipped to you or to another prearranged destination
